Settlers Creek is a family hospitality business located on a historic property which has specialized in elegant all-inclusive events for over 15 years.  We take hosting and event management to the fullest, most hands-on extent of any venue in the Pacific Northwest. We definitely pamper our clients (as they should) be during their experience here.

Settlers Creek is a custom, full service, and all-inclusive style special event hosting venue that custom designs and budgets each event based on our client’s needs and expectations. With our unique full-service style, we do not have a traditional concept of “packages.” We take a much more inclusive approach to hosting events with a “just show-up” concept which means that within our base pricing, we include essentially everything you need for a complete event…

Amenities such as: a dedicated planner, complete banquet elements, décor, set-up, break-down, a fully licensed on-site kitchen where we develop and prepare the chosen cocktail hour menu and reception dinner menu (food is not catered-in from off-site but prepared fresh on-site).

We also include a staffed beer & wine bar (beer and wine is not tracked or sold by the glass or bottle, it is just included), staffed & catered ready rooms etc.  We even provide you and your family the protection of a $1 million special event policy which, again, is included in our standard rate.

This inclusive approach is designed to ensure the proper management and quality of the event you help design, allowing you and your family the ability to enjoy your special day and each other, without having to worry about the details. Inclusivity also eliminates and greatly reduces unexpected costs from changing after signing.  Again, since most events of this type are booked so far in advance, we believe venues which do not offer a complete and fully managed event, opens the door for countless additional cost items once plans evolve over the course of the planning process.  Our inclusive approach ensures single source responsibility while keeping cost from constantly changing.

You customize what is already included during our scheduled planning sessions as we walk together through the structured planning notes. We host many destination style events and have developed our planning methods and documents to be shared over Skype for those clients or family members that are remote.



Given the size and diversity of the venue, the all-inclusive nature of our hosting, your need to visualize your event, and all the questions that will arise, we encourage you to set-up a site visit with us anytime during the daylight hours 7 days a week.  However, if you would like to discuss your event in more detail first, we would be happy to contact you by phone and go through your initial questions and provide more specifics based on your individual needs.
