We design and manage transportation, entertainment, activities, culinary and beverage development, décor and banquet dinner based on your vision.

Settlers Creek appreciates the opportunity to propose a unique day and evening for your group.   As you know, we specialize in exclusive and highly customized full-service corporate, institutional and organizational events and take pride in our ability to host those unique events by creating an interactive experience within a private, yet expansive, natural setting. 

 We are passionate about designing and hosting remarkable one of kind events which will resonate with your organization. The Settlers Creek property delivers the setting, size, and diversity of spaces that allow your guests a chance to create their own experience yet provide unity within the framework of the overall event. 

Our historical property, unlike many others, is specifically designed for larger groups; in contrast to many venues which must create a somewhat generic or less than intuitive arrangement in order to “fit” the group.  Settlers Creek has the ability to create a focused and contiguous setting for a common entertainment experience when needed.

 In contrast to a traditional hotel, convention room or major resort property experience, Settlers Creek uniquely provides a truly genuine view of the Inland Northwest region.  Our historic farm backdrop provides unrivaled access to a spacious yet beautiful outdoor setting for a fall evening filled with great food, activities, and entertainment.

 We have been entrusted with planning and hosting a wide variety of large national and international corporate, institutional clients such as State Farm, DIY Network, Land Rover, AIG, Ford Management Group, State Auto, Amica, Old American Insurance, Cargill, Allied Management, Columbia Valley Community Health, Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics and Thrivent Financial; also political/governmental events such as 7 Western Governors private event, Idaho Governor’s Cup, various Idaho State agency special events, USDA’s Tri-National Accord (USA, Canada & Mexico’s Federal heads of Agriculture), many national and local organizations and 501c3 such as CASA, Young Life, TESH, Hearts of Gold (Genesis Prep), Women’s Gift Alliance and countless national associations.

 As you will experience firsthand, our reputation for amazing events is due in part to our genuine passion for food and service.  Our menu is truly made from scratch and prepared on premise using local and regional ingredients; even our spices are purchased whole, ground and blended just prior to your event.   We, as owners, and our chefs are true “foodies” whose passion comes through very clearly. 

 The most important priority to Settlers Creek is that we place authenticity and quality before anything else.  Similarly, our venue was created from an authentic turn-of-the-century farm and we have ensured that it remains true to what it is and its history, avoiding false enhancements to the architecture or experience.

 In short, in the same way we do not create the image or cliché’ of an old farm, we also don’t make food that only sounds or looks good.  We strongly believe food should be a reflection of our passion, not just another service element.  So, the challenge that we meet from a culinary and hosting prospective is to create genuine from scratch ‘slow-foods,’ while providing the perfect contrast of elegance and fine service with the historic farm architecture and its natural setting.
